Interested in volunteering for Cade Thompson’s merchandise table on the Newsboy’s ‘Step Into The Light’ tour? Please read the following FAQs completely before clicking the “register here” button.

Q: What will be expected of me as a merchandise volunteer?
A: Your duties will include customer service and sales, handling cash and credit card transactions as instructed, keeping merchandise organized, assisting concert attendees with their purchases as needed, and post show inventory and packing. Age requirement is 16 years and older.
Q: If I can’t make the exact arrival time of 5pm, or if I can not stay until the end of the entire show, can I still volunteer?
A: It is very important that all volunteers are on time for the specific arrival time; please allow time for parking and getting to the entrance. We ask that you are able to stay up to an hour following the show end for inventory and packing up.
Q: How will I know where to go? Who is my contact for the day?
A: Once you register for a specific date, we will be sending you all the information you will need in an email, and a confirmation email will follow. A brief training video link will be sent to you with contact information for the day.
Q: What can I expect regarding Covid Precautions for my volunteering session?
A: As we know, the local Covid jurisdictions and venue regulations for the show day vary and you will be expected to follow them, whatever they may be on show day. You will be required to wear a mask. Please do not agree to volunteer if you are feeling ill or have any covid symptoms, or if you have been around anyone who is Covid positive in the past 14 days. If you have to cancel, please notify nancy@cadethompsonmusic.com as soon as possible so your spot might still get filled.
